To welcome high-achieving students in grades 4 through 6, schools who host a chapter of the National Elementary Honor Society hold an induction ceremony once each year. The induction is a dignified event that schools often consider one of their capstone events—and its staging involves lots of detail to make it special!

I prepared the content and provided creative direction for this infographic to inspire a vision—illustrating a process association members could undertake that might ordinarily be complex, but encouraged them to think of fun, engaging ways to make this particular event extraordinary.
